Canker (Trichomoniasis and Hexamitiasis)  During mild phases of the disease, a loss of condition, watery crop, and discontinuation of egg-laying might be observed. In severe cases, hard cheese-like yellow layers may be found in the throat and mouth. Breathing difficulty, weakness, diarrhea, and vomiting are observed. The eradication of Trichomoniasis microbe, which can lead to death if not prevented, is primarily for young and weakened pigeons, with discharge extending from their beaks to the liver. Their feces become watery white. If it spreads to the lungs, it causes breathing difficulty. It mostly occurs in the crop and creates yellow removable sores in the mouth.

Coccidiosis: It is a disease caused by a microscopic intestinal parasite called Coccidia. In sick birds, there is dark brownish soft and very watery feces. Weakness, lethargy, and weight loss are noticeable. It is known as bloody diarrhea. It is for the eradication of the coccidia microbe, which weakens the performance of all birds, including young pigeons, and invites all diseases. This microbe settles in internal organs. It especially damages digestive tracts and causes diarrhea. Due to diarrhea, the pigeon cannot benefit from any food it eats. Naturally, it becomes weak as a result. It becomes defenseless against all diseases including thinning and trembling. Despite eating a variety of food, our racing pigeons cannot receive full nutrients due to this microbe.
