Canker (Trichomoniasis and Hexamitiasis):  During mild stages of the disease, loss of condition, crop swelling, and stopping of egg laying may be observed. In severe cases, hard, cheese-like yellow layers may be found in the throat and inside the mouth. Respiratory difficulty, weakness, diarrhea, and vomiting are observed. If it affects the lungs, respiratory difficulty occurs. It is most common in the crop and causes yellow spots in the mouth.
